  • Creates and leads the multi-year DEI strategy for 3 of Google’s Product Areas (PA) impacting >20,000+ employees globally

  • Analyzes and organizes highly confidential data sets to identify trends, insights and gaps to build a strategy, relevant programming and necessary interventions

  • Curates and presents quarterly reports and action plans for the office of the PA’s CEOs

  • Coaches PAs’ Senior Leadership Team 1:1 with a focus on equitable best practices, personal transformation exercises and organizational transformation concepts 

  • Responsible for a separate mission critical, global focused enablement plan for all 400+ of the PA Directors to ensure they all have necessary capabilities to achieve the DEI strategy

  • Source and recruit Software Engineers of various programming specialties for product areas across the company, focused on underrepresented talent

  • Act as a key partner with cross functional teams to provide a DEI lens for all programs, initiatives and trainings that have hiring components embedded within

  • Created a brand new program that enabled Recruiters to implement specific, data driven and measurable actions to quickly increase the number of underrepresented candidates in queue 

  • Led program across the company that built support infrastructure for Black and Latinx employees across numerous sites

  • Powerfully facilitated DEI curriculum supported by Chief Diversity Officer to >8,500 employees, including 30% of all managers across Google. These curriculums included: Antiracist awareness to help minimize parity gaps, building equitable systems and experiences for Google leaders, promoting allyship practices for all
